Ubisoft and poorly thought through implementations.
Seems that the u-play integration doesn't actually do this for you. Launch the game, click on "redeem code", bottom left, and manually enter your season pass CD key.
I suspect that the game is naffed up until the DLC shows up as installed as a sidenote to this, any news feeds related to this game wont display, instead I get "resource not found" don't know if its possibly connected. Game updated but no idea what with, I have the full season pass, season pass details lists The Tundra DLC as included but its not showing up as downloaded.
